We guarantee the snow conditions you want, when you want them. 

Mother Nature is unpredictable! But when it comes to snow this winter, you are guaranteed the best conditions with ResortQuest.  An industry-first, the ResortQuest Snow Guarantee allows guests to relocate their accommodations to another ResortQuest Ski destination if snow conditions do not meet your expectations. 

With properties in the top Western ski destinations, including: Inn at Aspen, Breckenridge, Keystone, Steamboat , Park City and Sun Valley, you’re certain to find a fit for your timeframe and your needs.

To take advantage of the Guarantee, simply check the snow conditions before you arrive.  If they’re not to your liking, contact your original location and request a move and ResortQuest will re-locate you to another resort, free of charge.  It’s as simple as that.*

* TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Must book for the same dates as original reservation and any upgrades for unit types and standards must be paid for by the guest.
  • Snow Guarantee is subject to availability during the original booking dates of your reservation, pertaining to lodging only, no reservations fees or taxes or other additional costs.
  • Request must be made no sooner than 3 days prior to arrival to qualify.
  • Like accommodations in requested location cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability. If upgrade is requested guest is responsible for any additional fee.
  • ResortQuest is not responsible for any additional travel expenses or cancellation fees incurred on behalf of guest due to location change. Travel must be completed during the same time as original booking.
