ResortQuest guests have the convenience of onsite check-in at Windemere. You can use the Google map on the right to get driving directions to Windemere from your specific location.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Due to our high standards for cleanliness, all units may not be ready for check-in promptly at 3:00 pm. We ask for your patience and suggest that you have alternate plans between 3:00-5:00 p.m. in case your unit is not yet ready.

Although the ResortQuest Windemere Front Desk hours vary by season and are subject to change, ResortQuest guests have the convenience of picking up their unit key from a secure after hours lock-box and the support of our 24-hour customer support team. Additional check-in details will be provided on your confirmation statement.

Other Information

Parking – Windemere provides free garage parking for up to 2 cars per unit. Parking Garage has two levels. The Ground level has a height restriction of 6'8" and the 2nd level has a height restrictions of 7'8'. Limited outdoor parking is available for those vehicles that are unable to access the parking garage due to height restrictions. Due to limited space, boats, trailers, RV’s and jet ski’s are not allowed.
