Check-In Location
The check-in location for ResortQuest Majestic Sun guests is at our Miramar Beach Office located on Hwy 98 West. You can use the Google Map at right to get directions to the check-in office from your specific location. Check-In / Check-Out InformationCheck-in time is after 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Due to our high standards for cleanliness, not all units will be ready for check-in promptly at 3:00 pm. We ask for your patience and suggest that you have alternate plans available between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. in case your unit is not yet ready.

ResortQuest Miramar Beach Front Desk Hours of OperationAlthough the ResortQuest Miramar Beach Front Desk hours vary by season and are subject to change, ResortQuest guests have the convenience of picking up their unit key from a secure after hours lock-box and the support of our 24-hour customer support team. Other InformationParking - The Majestic Sun provides two free outdoor parking spaces for each vacation condominium rented. Walkway on the third floor connects to both buildings. Due to limited space no boats, trailers, RVs or jet skis are allowed.
