ResortQuest Sanctuary by the Sea guests check-in at our Santa Beach Beach Office which is located on the ground floor of the Inn at Gulf Place. Please feel free to use the Google Map on the right to get driving directions to our Santa Rosa Beach Office from your specific destination. Check-in/Check-outCheck-in time is after 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Due to our high standards for cleanliness, all units may not be ready for check-in promptly at 3:00 pm. We ask for your patience and suggest that you have alternate plans between 3:00-5:00 p.m. in case your unit is not yet ready.

Parking - Sanctuary by the Sea offers free covered parking for up to 2 cars per condo. Boats, trailers, RV’s or Jet Skis are not allowed due to limited space.
