Lodging Features: This property not only has a great location but the privacy is amazing. The upper level of this two story home provides a gracious, yet comfortable and cozy living room that includes a river rock fireplace, deck and a separate home theatre with
a 42"flat panel TV,DVD,CD, VCR system. Off the living room is the dining area that seats 8, fireplace and another deck with mountain views.
The well equipped kitchen includes all stainless appliances with a subzero refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, 4 burner gas stove and a window seat and small table and chair
that looks at the river. There is additional seating at the breakfast bar for 3. There is a powder room off the hall across from the kitchen.
The Master bedroom has a private deck with river and mountain views, an office with floor to ceiling windows and skylights, 27"flat screen TV/DVD/VCR, ceiling fan, vaulted
ceiling, a marble en-suite bath complete with sunken tub, separate shower and his/her vanity and a walk-in closet complete with built in dressers.
There are two other bedrooms in the lower level, one with built-in bunk beds, its own deck and the other with a Queen Bed and double closet. The bathroom for the lower
level is off the hall and the family room and has two separate showers. The family room down the hall is made for entertainment with another home theatre area, 42"TV, DVD,
CD, VCR, wrap around couch and a separate area with card/game table. The deck off this area leads to the private hot tub and river access. There is a laundry room/mud
room off this hall leading to the garage. One car garage.
The remaining bedroom has a private entrance from the mudroom thru the garage and also has an entrance from the outside, off the deck with the hot tub. This room has a
King bed, private deck, en-suite bath with shower and is perfect for seclusion or a nanny. This home sleeps 8 comfortably and is the perfect retreat with privacy, fantastic views
and great light. Bring your lap top...this home has wireless internet. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.
