Resort Features: ResortQuest Sun Valley vacation rentals is proud to present the Central Park West Townhomes. These townhomes have luxurious furnishings and great views of Bald Mountain. With high ceilings and rich textures, Central Park is designed for very discerning guests who enjoy fine things such as Eastern carpets, warm hardwoods, and beautiful antiques. This complex is located about eight blocks away from downtown Ketchum and about four blocks away from the River Run Ski Lifts. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about a block away from the condo which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, down town Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort and Elkhorn Resort. Sun Valley added a new Gondola on the River Run side of the Mt. which opened Nov 2009 for winter and summer use.

Lodging Features: This tri-level luxury town home is in the heart of Sun Valley's River Run area convenient to the lifts and one block from the Bigwood River. This town home features a two-story ceiling in the great room with large floor to ceiling windows facing Bald Mountain. From the grand stone entryway guests ascend the wrought iron stairway to the great room level with the living, dining, kitchen areas and Master bedroom suite that offers a King bed and spacious Roman whirlpool tub. The great room has a gas ignited wood burning fireplace, 52" Flat Screen HDTV, DVD/CD system, fabulous views with the floor to ceiling windows, deck which faces Bald Mountain, formal dining area that seats 10, additional seating for 4 at the granite breakfast bar and the kitchen has top of the line appliances including, subzero, double ovens and a Thermador 6 burner gas range and a powder room on the same level. The third level has a loft bedroom with a Queen bed, two twin beds and its own en-suite full bath. All bedrooms but the ground level twin guest room have 27" flat screen TV's/DVD/VCR. The ground level guest bedroom has a Queen Bed and day bed with en-suite full bath and private courtyard. The second guest bedroom is also located on this level with two twin log beds and its own en-suite full bath and access to the private courtyard. This unit has AC. There is also a laundry/mud room and access to the heated 2 car garage. This luxury home sleeps 11 and is perfect for a large family or group.Unit has 3129 square feet and a 2 car garage. There are lockers at the base of the Mt to store your skis and boots so you can hop on the free shuttle bus about a block away or take a stroll over to the River Run side of Baldy. The bike path runs north for 10 miles and south for 16 miles along the Big Wood River with great scenery to take in as you ride or walk. It is groomed in the winter for Nordic Skiing and is also available to ski on to get to the lifts. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and to go grocery shopping when you get here. Please bring a hair dryer as most of our condos do not have them. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.
