These townhomes have luxurious furnishings, with high ceilings and rich textures, Central Park is designed for very discerning guests who enjoy fine things such as warm hardwoods, and beautiful antiques. This complex is located about seven blocks away from downtown Ketchum and are about four blocks away from the River Run Ski Lift Access. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about a block away from the condo which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, down town Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort and Elkhorn Resort. Sun Valley added a new Gondola on the River Run side of the Mt. which opened Nov 2009 for winter and summer use. No Garage.

Lodging Features: Constructed in 1998 Central Park #11 was purchased and furnished in the fall of 1999 with luxurious furnishings and accessories from the Hemingway Collection. With high ceilings and rich textures, Central Park #11 is designed for very discerning guests who enjoy fine things such as Eastern carpets, warm hardwoods, and beautiful antiques.

There is a 42-inch High Definition TV with home theater system in the living room. As well as a DVD player and remote controlled gas-log fireplace. For privacy, a one bedroom suite is on the first floor which has 2 twin beds that can be bridged to a King with accesss to a full size bathroom. This bedroom has a 20" flatscreen TV and a printer for your computer. The master is located on the second level and has a King size bed, 32" TV with blue ray DVD player. It has it's own full size bath with sunken jetted tub and big walk in closet. Great Mt views. Dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3. There is a small patio of the dining area that has a private hot tub and gas BBQ. Table and chairs for your outdoor dining pleasure. This condo has a full size washer/dryer. The western exposure provides sunlight throughout the day. At the request of the owners, children under the age of ten are not allowed in this property. Unit has approximately 1500 square feet and the complex offers free outdoor parking. There are lockers at the base of the Mt to store your skis and boots so you can hop on the free shuttle bus about a block away or take a stroll over to the River Run side of Baldy. The bike path runs north for 10 miles and south for 16 miles along the Big Wood River with great scenery to take in as you ride or walk. It is groomed in the winter for Nordic Skiing and is also available to ski on to get to the lifts. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and to go grocery shopping when you get here. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.
