Resort Features: ResortQuest Sun Valley vacation rentals is proud to present the Blue Grouse Condominiums. These condominiums are situated in the River Run area. The complex is conveniently located near the bike path in the summer, the River Run ski access area in the winter. You can walk to all that town has to offer from these spacious condos. Just a few blocks from shopping, restaurants, galleries and more! The area offers a free shuttle that picks up just a block away which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, down town Ketchum, Sun Valley resort and Elkhorn resort. Sun Valley added a new Gondola on the River Run side of Bald Mountain which opened November 2009 for winter and summer use.

Lodging Features: ResortQuest Sun Valley is proud to present Blue Grouse F. This two-level, nicely decorated interior condo has bedrooms and baths on the lowest level with common areas as one great room with a vaulted ceiling on the upper level. There is an unfurnished sleeping loft, open to the living room and accessible by ladder, and an office desk area near the stairway on the second floor. Touches like the designer floral bedspread and antique pine armoire in the master bedroom add to the charm. The deck off of the living room includes two chairs, a table and a Weber charcoal barbeque. There are also small decks accessible by sliding glass doors from both lower bedrooms.

Living room has 19" TV, VCR. and a wood burning fireplace to relax around. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining table that seats 4. The breakfast bar seats another 4. One of the 2 full size bathrooms is on this level of the condo. The master bedroom located on the lower level has a Queen size bed and has access to the full size bathroom in the hallway. The second bedroom also on this level has 2 twin beds that can be bridged to a King if need be. It has access to the full size hallway bath. The condo has approximately 1500 square feet of living space. Just a short walk to the bike path for summer biking and skiing in the winter. There are lockers at the base of the Mt to store your skis and boots so you can hop on the free shuttle bus just a block away or take a stroll over to the River Run side of Baldy. The bike path runs north for 10 miles and south for 16 miles along the Big Wood River with great scenery to take in as you ride or walk. It is groomed in the winter for Nordic Skiing and is also available to ski on to get to the lifts. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and to go grocery shopping when you get here. Please bring a hair dryer as most of our condos do not have them. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.
