This multi-level home an easy walk to the Sun Valley Lodge door, it will take less than 5 minutes to walk there. Conveniently located just 3/4 mile from downtown Ketchum on the Sun Valley-Ketchum paved bike path. The house is also within 1.5 miles of all three ski lodges - Warm Springs Lodge and River Run Lodge and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also picks you up on Saddle Road about a half a block from the house, on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum. Special access to the Sun Valley Lodge pools, hot tubs, locker rooms and fitness center is provided. Two car garage.

Lodging Features: This home in Ketchum is a wonderful bedroom, plus den that is situated conveniently located off of Saddle Road, above the Bigwood Golf Course and just a short ride to the Ski lifts at River Run. This beautiful, fully furnished property is perfect rental getaway for a family or group. The property provides an amazing yard and the best Baldy views! The attached two car garage level entry is an easy way to enter the house and all of the guest bedrooms are all located on this level. There is a small gym with weights, weight bench, treadmill and 19" TV. Adjacent to the gym is the laundry room with full size washer/dryer. The four guest bedrooms are on this lower level with the first bedroom offering a queen bed, the second guest room has a queen as well, and there is a full hall bath with dual vanities for both of these bedrooms. The next guest bedroom has two twin trundle beds and a sliding glass door to access the hot tub/deck/yard area. There is a 27" TV in this bedroom with DVD player as well, this bedroom has a full size bath in the hall with dual vanities as well. The fourth guest bedroom offers a king bed, 27" TV and an en suite bath with dual vanities. There is a hot tub located on the bottom deck for soaking in after a long day of enjoying all the recreation the area has to offer. On the second level (front door entry) you will find a wonderful great room with wood burning river rock fireplace, ample seating for everyone, large windows facing Baldy and comfortable furnishings for entertaining. Adjacent to the great room is a cozy den with a 54" flat screen TV and a stereo system, which makes relaxing at this property a breeze of course! There is a sleeping loft that you can access via a ladder in the living room; there are two twin futons as well as seating for reading/relaxing. There is wall unit air conditioner in the living area only. The high ceilings and ample sunshine add to the airy feeling you get throughout the home. The first floor level also offers the newly remodeled kitchen and amazing new dining room! The open style kitchen has two islands, ample counter space, a breakfast table that seats 4 and barstools at the islands that seat four as well. Also in the kitchen are three desk stations for working on a computer etc. The new dining room is amazing and has a fireplace for special meals! There is access to the enormous deck with the best mountain views in town! Also on this level is the spacious master suite with a king bed, 32"TV DVD. There is a desk for your convenience along with a nice sitting area as well. The master bath has an additional vanity/sitting area with a desk/printer. The master bath is spacious and offers a whirlpool tub. The master bedroom and the living room have wall unit air conditioners. This is a truly special home to have fantastic Sun Valley vacation memories! During the winter months there are lockers at the base of the Mt to store your skis and boots so you can hop on the free shuttle bus a half a block away. The bike path runs north for 10 miles and south for 16 miles along the Big Wood River with great scenery to take in as you ride or walk. It is groomed in the winter for Nordic Skiing and is also available to ski on to get to the lifts. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and to go grocery shopping when you get here. Please bring a hair dryer as most of our properties do not have them. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.
