This condominium is about two blocks from downtown Ketchum and approximately three blocks from the River Run ski lifts access area. This complex offers a peaceful escape but also has easy access to entertainment, dining and outdoor recreation. Guests are invited to enjoy the Community hot tub year round. This SkiView condo meets ResortQuest's standard for our Platinum rating. There is a free shuttle that picks up at the entrance to the complex that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, down town Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn resorts. Two car garage (standard or compact vehicle only).

Lodging Features: This SkiView Townhomes in Ketchum is a wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom that is situated conveniently located right on in Ketchum and just blocks from the Ski lifts at River Run, this beautiful, fully furnished property is a wonderful vacation property. This SkiView provides three levels of living space; the first level is the front door/garage entry where you will find the laundry room with full size washer/dryer as well as a wonderful built in wood bench to take off your shoes or ski boots before heading upstairs. The second level is where you enter the kitchen/dining and living room. The living area offers ultra-suede couch and two comfy chairs facing the rock gas fireplace and 42" HDTV/DVD and stereo system. There is a deck off of the living/dining area, the dining table seats 6 comfortably and there is extra seating for 3 with barstools at the granite island in the kitchen area. The kitchen has the modern conveniences including gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances and alder cabinets and ample counter space. The first guest bedroom is also on this level and offers two twin beds that can be bridged as a king bed if needed. There is a full size bathroom in the hall for this bedroom and for guests. The top level is where the second guest bedroom is located with a king bed, 32 inch HDTV and an en suite bath with slate shower and spacious walk in closet. The master suite is adjacent with a king size bed, en suite bath with a soaking tub and separate shower enclosure, dual vanity and a large walk-in closet. Ample storage, a heated two car garage, a full size washer/dryer and easy access to all that Sun Valley has to offer makes this property a perfect place to call home. There are lockers at the base of the mountain to store your skis and boots so you can hop on the free shuttle bus right out in front of the complex. The bike path runs north for 10 miles and south for 16 miles along the Big Wood River with great scenery to take in as you ride or walk. It is groomed in the winter for Nordic Skiing and is also available to ski on to get to the lifts. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and to go grocery shopping when you get here. Please bring a hair dryer as most of our properties do not have them. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.
