This quiet condominium overlooks tranquil Trail Creek and is about two blocks from downtown Ketchum and approximately three blocks from the River Run ski lifts access area. This complex offers peaceful escape but also has easy access to entertainment, dining and outdoor recreation. Guests are invited to enjoy the private hot tub on the deck year round. This SkiView condo meets ResortQuest's standard for our Platinum rating. There is a free shuttle that picks up at the entrance to the complex that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, down town Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn resorts. Lodging Features: This SkiView Townhomes in Ketchum is a wonderful 3 bedroom, plus Den that is situated conveniently located right on Trail Creek and just blocks from the Ski lifts at River Run, this beautiful, fully furnished property is perfect as a year round home. This property provides three levels of decks that overlook Trail Creek(about 20 feet away!), which makes relaxing at this property a breeze of course! There is an extra large Hot Tub located on the bottom deck for soaking in after a long day of enjoying all the recreation the area has to offer. The high ceilings and luxurious hardwood floors add to the airy feeling you get throughout the unit. The first floor level offers a spacious master suite with a king bed, 32 inch HDTV w/DVD and a large master bath with a soaking tub, shower enclosure, dual vanity and a large walk-in closet. Adjacent to the master suite is a media area with another flat 42 inch HDTV/DVD player and a leather love seat for an extra guest. Just off of the Den/Media area is a laundry room with a full size washer/dryer. The next level (front door/garage entry) offers a Guest Bedroom with a Queen Bed and a 20 inch HDTV/DVD and an en suite bath with shower only. There is also a walk in closet for this Guest bedroom. On the top level is a spacious great room with high ceilings, a 42 inch HDTV above the wood burning fireplace and huge windows with awesome Baldy and Trail Creek views. This room is combined with a beautiful dining area that seats 6 comfortably with an antler chandelier over the dining table. There is a deck off of the dining area which has a Weber barbeque grill for your convenience. There is an elevated gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances and Alder cabinets and doors throughout. Also on this level is the second Guest bedroom with a two twin beds and a hall bathroom with shower only. Professionally decorated and immaculately maintained throughout this property is a perfect vacation retreat. Ample storage, a heated two car garage, a full size Washer / Dryer and easy access to all that Sun Valley has to offer makes this townhome a perfect place to call home. There are lockers at the base of the Mt to store your skis and boots so you can hop on the free shuttle bus right out in front of the complex. The bike path runs north for 10 miles and south for 16 miles along the Big Wood River with great scenery to take in as you ride or walk. It is groomed in the winter for Nordic Skiing and is also available to ski on to get to the lifts. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and to go grocery shopping when you get here. Please bring a hair dryer as most of our properties do not have them. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.
