These condominiums are one of the most convenient complexes in the River Run/Ketchum area. There is a free shuttle out your front door or you can walk to town from this wonderful location.

Lodging Features: This spacious two bedroom, two and a half bath end unit offers all that you need for a luxurious stay in Sun Valley! This is a multilevel unit with the first floor being the two car underground attached garage. There is a full size laundry room on this level as well. Upstairs there are high ceilings and a spacious great room with ample sunshine and beautiful appointments throughout. The gourmet kitchen features hardwood floors, granite countertops and center island, stainless steel appliances and wine cooler as well. The living room offers a Baldy view and a deck with barbeque grill and a table and seating for four. This unit offers air conditioning for the summer months as well. The living area also has a wonderful stone gas fireplace,42" flat screen TV/DVD and stereo. You will love staying at this property because of some many luxuries including the extremely comfortable furnishings and plenty of seating for guests. The adjacent dining area table seats 6 comfortably. Off of the living/kitchen is the master bedroom that offers a wonderful King bed and also a 32" flat screen TV/DVD. This bedroom also offers a Baldy view! The extra large master bathroom has radiant floor heat, travertine tile and a 2 person soaking tub and a separate shower enclosure. The second bedroom provides two bridgeable twin beds(King) plus a comfy queen sleeper sofa for additional guests and a 32" flat screen TV/DVD. There is an en suite bath with a shower only in this bedroom. There is a powder room off of the great room for guests. This unit offers wireless internet for your convenience as well. There is a large outdoor hot tub is located in the complex courtyard and has views of Bald Mountain. Again, this unit is close to down town Ketchum for your shopping and dining enjoyment as well as a 1 minute ride on the free shuttle to the lifts. It is also just a short walk to get to the bike path for summer biking and winter cross country skiing. There are lockers at the base of the mountain to store your skis and boots so you can hop on the free shuttle bus right in front of the complex or take a stroll over to the River Run side of Baldy. The bike path runs north for 10 miles and south for 16 miles along the Big Wood River with great scenery to enjoy as you ride or walk. It is groomed in the winter for Nordic Skiing and is also available to ski on to get to the lifts. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and your grocery list. Please bring a hair dryer as most of our condos do not have them. All linens and towels are provided for you and we supply soap for the bath and kitchen as well. This unit has no phone.
