Resort Features : ResortQuest Sun Valley vacation rentals is proud to present the Olympic Terrace Condominiums. These condominiums are one of the newer upscale complexes in the Ketchum area. The Olympic Terrace is conveniently located on Washington Avenue which is near the bike path in the summer and the River Run ski access area in the winter and there is underground parking plus an elevator.

Lodging Features: This beautiful two bedroom, third-floor single level condo was built in 2006. As you enter the condo you have a laundry room with full size washer/dryer for your convenience. You then enter the main living area where you find the gourmet kitchen with granite counters, tile backsplash, stainless appliances and a breakfast bar with two barstools. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the living room, kitchen and dining areas. The living room has ample seating with two recliners and a leather couch to relax by the wonderful gas fireplace with a Baldy view. Also in the living room you have a 36" flat screen TV/DVD. Good views of Baldy and to the south from the living room and a spacious deck that is situated off of the living room. There are out door chairs for your enjoyment. Adjacent to the deck is a small desk with chair that you could use as a workstation. The dining table seats four and there is additional seating at the breakfast bar that seats two. The master bedroom has a Queen Bed and a dresser but no closet. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed as well and a double door closet, you also have a small deck off of this bedroom. There is an extra large bathroom for both bedrooms that has a dual vanity, a sunken tub and glass shower enclosure. This condo is approximately 900 square feet and is tastefully furnished throughout. This unit is close to down town Ketchum for your shopping and dining enjoyment. Just a short walk to get to the bike path for summer biking and winter skiing. There are lockers at the base of the mountain to store your skis and boots so you can hop on the free shuttle bus right in front of the complex or take a stroll over to the River Run side of Baldy. The bike path runs north for 10 miles and south for 16 miles along the Big Wood River with great scenery to enjoy as you ride or walk. It is groomed in the winter for Nordic Skiing and is also available to ski on to get to the lifts. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and your grocery list. Please bring a hair dryer as most of our condos do not have them. All linens and towels are provided for you and we supply soap for the bath and kitchen as well.
