These condominiums offer comfortable accommodations in a prime location for both winter and summer time activities. They are conveniently located in Ketchum above Trail Creek and about two and a half blocks from the River Run ski lifts and the Big Wood River. There are two large outdoor hot tubs, wireless internet and one assigned parking space. This unit is a Silver rated condominium. Downtown Ketchum is approximately three blocks away with dining, art galleries and shopping easily accessible. The Habitat Condominiums are conveniently located and there is a free shuttle that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, down town Ketchum and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn resorts. No Garage off site parking limited.. Sun Valley added a new Gondola on the River Run side of the Mt which opened Nov. 2009 for winter and summer use.

Lodging Features: This Silver rated condo offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms and sleeps eight comfortably. The unit is located above the Outdoor Community Hot Tubs and you are 2.5 blocks from the River Run ski lifts, 3 blocks from Ketchum's downtown core and 1 block from restaurants when you walk out your door. The building is accessed through a second floor exterior entry with interior hallways that lead you to the main entry of the condo that is on the third floor. The entry area opens up to a sunny kitchen and living area. Adjacent to the kitchen you'll find the dining area with a large dining table for entertaining guests or playing card games and seats eight comfortably. There is additional seating for 2 with bar stools at the kitchen counter.
The living area has a gas fireplace, an ultra suede couch and comfy love seat. There is a 32" TV and DVD player and also a stereo system with mounted speakers in the living room. From the living area you have access to the large outdoor deck facing Trail Creek and the two hot tubs. There is a barbeque grill off of the guest bedroom deck with the two twin beds. This unit also includes a full size washer and dryer adjacent to the kitchen area in a double door closet for your convenience. There is ski storage in the hallway. The first bedroom has two sets of twin sized bunk beds. The additional guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a 12 inch TV. The two guest bedrooms share the full size hall bath. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, a deck with mountain views, a spacious double closet. There is a 21" TV and an en-suite bath is in the master bedroom.
This is a reasonably priced, comfortably furnished unit that will sleep 8 guests. There is also one assigned parking space for this unit. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.
