Conveniently located just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum on the Sun Valley-Ketchum paved bike path outside the door. The house is also within 1.5 miles of all three ski lodges - Warm Springs Lodge and River Run Lodge and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum. Special access to the Sun Valley Lodge pools, hot tubs, locker rooms and fitness center is provided. Two car garage.

Lodging Features: This is a single level residence with a spacious great room that you can relax on the couch in front of the wood burning rock fireplace or watch nature on Penny Mountain through floor to ceiling windows in the living room. There is a 32 inch flat screen TV and also a DVD player for watching movies. A breakfast table which seats 4, is situated in a sun drenched corner of the living area. French doors open up to the house's large front patio where the wood pile is located as well.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils and Fiesta ware for whatever cooking desires you might have. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably. Adjacent to the living, dining and kitchen area are the two bedrooms. Each bedroom offers a king size bed, loads of sunshine and ample closet space. Both bedrooms also have en suite baths and TV's for your convenience. The library/den is the perfect spot to relax and grab a book from the floor to ceiling bookshelves. High ceilings and a wood burning fireplace add oodles of Sun Valley charm in this room. The leather sofa is a Queen Sofa Sleeper should you need extra sleeping accommodations while here. There are French doors that lead out to the back patio where the BBQ grill is located. An additional bathroom adjacent to the spacious library offers a shower for additional guests.

The home also offers games to play while you are staying here and wireless internet service is provided for your convenience. There is a two car garage with the full size washer/dryer and an additional refrigerator as well. Pets Welcome!!! (Only 1 pet(dog only) allowed to stay with a single family) "Non-refundable deposit required."There are lockers at the base of the Mt to store your skis and boots so you can hop on the free shuttle bus just a block away. The bike path runs north for 10 miles and south for 16 miles along the Big Wood River with great scenery to take in as you ride or walk. It is groomed in the winter for Nordic Skiing. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and to go grocery shopping when you get here. Please bring a hair dryer as most of our condos do not have them.
