There are two garden entry three level homes in the complex with one car garage and onsite parking. These townhomes are located just off Warm Springs Road in the heart of Warm Springs just 3 blocks from the ski lifts. The lifts operate summer and winter. There are shops and dining within a 3 block radius. The free area-wide shuttle stops at Apples Bar & Grill and Creekside Estates-both stops are about 3 blocks away. The shuttle runs until midnight and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, down town Ketchum and to the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts. Sun Valley added a new Gondola on the River Run side of the Mt. which opened Nov. 2009 for winter and summer use.
