Built in 2007, this 10,000 square foot home is minutes from Sun Valley/Ketchum and Baldy's River Run Ski lifts. Four miles away from downtown Ketchum and the River Run ski lift access. Half a mile away to Free Shuttle Route for easy access to Sun Valley, Ketchum and ski lift access. There is full fishing access to the Big Wood River directly in front of the house.
Lodging Features: Built in 2007 this newly finished 10,000 square foot home with it's open floor plan has a larger than life gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances such as a Wolf stove, warming drawer, ice machine, 2 SubZero under counter refrigerators (additional SubZero in garage) and 2 dishwashers and 2 separate cooking areas with farmhouse sinks and dishwashers. Within the kitchen there is a round kitchen table that seats 5 and additionally 4 can sit at the kitchen- bar counter. Sit on the wrap around front porch that has 8 white rocking chairs where you can rock and listen to the river and the birds. Three wood burning fireplaces(one outdoors), three car garage and two full size washer/dryers on both levels of the home round out the amenities this wonderful home offers.
