Resort Features: ResortQuest Sun Valley vacation rentals is proud to present the Central Park West Townhomes. These townhomes have luxurious
furnishings and great views of Bald Mountain and surrounding hoothills. With high ceilings and rich textures, Central Park West is designed for very discerning guests who enjoy fine things such as Eastern carpets, warm hardwoods and beautiful antiques. This complex is located about seven
blocks away from downtown Ketchum and is about four blocks away from the River Run Ski Lift Access. The area offers a free shuttle with a stop just a block away that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, down town Ketchum and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn resorts. Sun Valley added a new Gondola on the River Run side of the Mt. which opened Nov. 2009 for winter and summer use.
Lodging Features: This platinum rated tri-level luxury town home is in the heart of Ketchum's River Run area. It is conveniently located for easy access to the lifts and is just one block from the Big Wood River. This spacious town home features a two-story ceiling in the great room with large windows that reach from floor to ceiling. From the grand stone entryway guests ascend the wrought iron stairway to the great room level with living, dining and the kitchen areas. Also on this level, theMaster bedroom suite offers a King bed, spacious Roman whirlpool tub and separate shower. The great room has a gas ignited wood burning fireplace, 54" Plasma TV/DVD/CD system, ample sunshine with the floor to ceiling windows, 2 large decks, gas BBQ, formal dining area that seats 6, and additional seating for 4 at the granite breakfast bar . The fully equipped kitchen has top of the line appliances including, subzero double ovens and a Thermador 6 burner gas range. The third level has an enormous bedroom with 4 sets of twin bunk beds and en-suite full bath offering the perfect place to accommodate all the kids. The ground level guest bedrooms both have king beds and en-suite full baths. There is also a powder room on this level, a laundry/mud room with full size waher and dryer and access to the heated two car garage. This luxury home with 2600 square feet of space sleeps 14 and is the perfect home for a large family or group. There are lockers at the base of the mountain to store your skis and boots so you can hop on the free shuttle bus or take a stroll over to the River Run side of Baldy. The bike path runs north for 10 miles and south for 16 miles along the Big Wood River with great scenery to enjoy as you ride or walk. It is groomed in the winter for Nordic Skiing and is also available to ski on to get to the lifts. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and your grocery list. Please bring a hair dryer as most of our condos do not have them. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.
