The Bigwood Condominiums are located above the Bigwood Golf Course, near Sun Valley Village and within half a mile to downtown Ketchum. The area-wide Mountain Rides shuttle stops across the street every 20 minutes. Zenergy, a new, upscale athletic facility in the Thunder Springs townhouse, is just across the street with outdoor hot tub, two swimming pools, and yoga for daily drop in fees.The area offers a free shuttle that picks up a few blocks away which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain,down town Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort and Elkhorn Resort. Sun Valley added a new Gondola on the River Run side of Bald Mountain which opened November 2009 for winter and summer use.

Lodging Features: This spacious two bedroom, two bath Bigwood condominium provides spectacular views of the Bigwood Golf Course (7th Tee) and Bald Mountain from the large wall of windows in the living area and bedroom suite. Each bedroom also has its own deck and en suite bath. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, a 34 inch flat screen TV and a sliding glass door that leads to the oversized deck facing the golf course, there is a desk with printer for your business needs. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and a sliding glass door that leads to a small deck; there is also a small desk with a fax machine in this bedroom. The dining area seats 4. In the living room there is a wood burning fireplace to relax around and an armoire that has a TV on a swivel base that you can watch while dining. For your convenience there is a full size washer/ dryer adjacent to the kitchen area. Other amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a carport. There is no access to pool or hot tub except at Zenergy across the street or the YMCA which is about 5 minutes away. There are lockers at the base of the Mountain to store your skiis and boots so you can hop on the free shuttle bus or drive your car and be there at the lifts in just 5 minutes. The bike path runs north for 10 miles and south for 16 miles along the Big Wood River with great scenery to take in as you ride or walk. It is groomed in the winter for Nordic Skiing and is also available to ski on to get to the lifts. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and to go grocery shopping when you get here. Please bring a hair dryer as most of our condos do not have them. All linens and towles are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.
