Elkhorn. The Elkhorn Springs is within walking distance from the newly build grocery store, post office and restaurant. During the summer months, a Robert Trent Jones
golf course is the focal point of the Elkhorn Resort. Swimming pools, hot tubs and tennis courts are available at both the Elkhorn Village and Harker Center. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up just a block away, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, down town Ketchum, Sun Valley resort and Elkhorn resort. Sun Valley added a new Gondola on the River Run side of Bald Mountain which opened November 2009 for winter and summer use.
Lodging Features: This is a beautiful brand new 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condominium on the second floor of Elkhorn Springs. This luxurious unit features hardwood
floors, slate tile entry, granite countertops and an open floor plan. Cable internet access, not wireless. The gourmet kitchen has stainless appliances and a large island with 3 barstools. The living room provides a
gas fireplace, a 42 inch flatscreen TV/DVD, and French doors that lead to the deck. This unit also provides you a separate laundry room for your convenience adjacent to the
powder room. Both bedrooms are very spacious and include walk in closets and en suite bathrooms. Master Suite 1 has a 27 inch flatscreen TV and Master Suite 2 has a 24 inch
TV and a jetted tub. The building has an elevator, underground parking and central air conditioning for the summer months. There is a nice patio/deck with a BBQ for grilling
and a bistro table to eat on.
Ample sunshine and Elkhorn amenities add to this wonderful rental property. On site Country Store, restaurant and community pool and tennis nearby. Condo has approximately 1500 square feet. There are lockers at the base of the Mountain to store your skis and boots so you can hop on the free shuttle bus across the street from the complex. You can access the bike path which runs thru the Village area and will get you to the bigger path that runs north and south of Ketchum along the Big Wood River with great scenery to take in as you ride or walk. The Village path will get you over to Sun Valley Village too for shopping and dining. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and to go grocery shopping when you get here. Please bring a hair dryer as most of our condos do not have them. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.
