This home is nestled in a private subdivision in the River Run area that is approximately 1 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Weyakkin community has all of the amenities you require for families - Spacious Clubhouse with tennis courts, swimming pool and hot tub. They also offer outstanding equestrian facilities for the avid horse lover. The home is situated on a very private setting circled by open space with spectacular surround views of the mountains. The Weyakkin's are conveniently located near the bike path in the summer, the River Run ski access area in the winter. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up just a block away, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, down town Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort and Elkhorn Resort. Sun Valley added a new Gondola on the River Run side of the mt. which opened Nov. 2009 for winter and summer use.
