Resort Features: ResortQuest Sun Valley vacation rentals is proud to present the Central Park Townhome 23. These townhomes have luxurious furnishings and great views of Bald Mountain. With high ceilings and rich textures, Central Park is designed for very discering guests who enjoy fine things such as warm hardwoods, and beautiful antiques. This complex is located about seven blocks away from downtown Ketchum and are about four blocks away from the River Run Ski Lift Access. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about a block away from the condo which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, down town Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort and Elkhorn Resort. Sun Valley added a new Gondola on the River Run side of the Mt. which opened Nov. 2009 for winter and summer use. No Garage.

Lodging Features: This West Ketchum location is great for walking to town, the river, River Run Lodge and ski lifts. Three bedrooms, two and a half baths adds to this luxury style condominium next to River Run lift area. Top of the line project with quality craftsmanship throughout, alder cabinetry, high end appliances in the gourmet kitchen, and High Definition TV, a fireplace and patio off of the living area that leads to the bike path. This tri-level unit offers high ceilings and lots of windows. Living room has 37" HDTV flatscreen with VCR.DVD and CD player. Kitchen has top of the line appliances for your cooking enjoyment. The dining table seats 4 and there are 4 barstools at the kitchen counter. There is a small patio off the dining room with BBQ. Condo has a laundry room with full size washer/dryer just off the front entrance of the unit. There is a half bath on this main floor. Master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and has a King size bed. 20" TV. Wireless internet and fax machine are located in this room. It has it's own full size bath with sunken jetted tub and walk in closet. Views to the East The 2nd bedroom is located on the 3rd floor and has a King size bed, 20"TV and Eastern Views. Has access to full size hallway bath. 3rd bedroom is also located on the 3rd floor and has 2 twin beds, 13"TV and access to the hallway bath. Unit has approximately 2500 square feet . There are lockers at the base of the Mt to store your skis and boots so you can hop on the free shuttle bus about a block away or take a stroll over to the River Run side of Baldy. The bike path runs north for 10 miles and south for 16 miles along the Big Wood River with great scenery to take in as you ride or walk. It is groomed in the winter for Nordic Skiing and is also available to ski on to get to the lifts. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and to go grocery shopping when you get here. Please bring a hair dryer as most of our condos do not have them. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.
