This is a sunny, modern home in the Pines Subdivision of West Ketchum. It is an easy walk to downtown for dining, theaters, galleries etc. KART shuttle is less than 1 block away from the house for easy access to all of the area.
Approximately 2 miles to River Run Lodge and very close to bike path for summer strolls. This home offers a private, fenced yard with new paver patio and new Hot Tub! The patio has a BBQ and 4 chairs. There are partial Baldy views as well. As you enter the home you are greeted by a spacious living area with a brand new beautiful rock fireplace for those chilly nights. There is ample seating in the living area with new furnishings.
