Resort Features: ResortQuest Sun Valley vacation homes is proud to present the Sunrise Home 112, in the heart of Elkhorn Village, within walking distance to grocery store, post office and free shuttle. This unit is two miles from Dollar Mountain and one mile from the River Run ski lift access. Golf, tennis, swimming and the entertainment of the Elkhorn Resort are also within walking distance. Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley and Warm Springs. Guests have access to the pool, sauna, and hot tub at the Harker Center and Elkhorn Village. Sun Valley added a new Gondola on the River Run side of the Mt which opened Nov. 2009 for winter and summer use.
Lodging Features: The deluxe kitchen in this 2000 square foot home will appeal to gourmet cooks, and the spacious living room provides plenty of room for
entertaining. The kitchen has a commercial gas Wolf stove, griddle, broiler, granite countertops and hardwood floors.
The living room has a gas ignited wood burning fireplace to relax around, and 46" flat screen TV and great dinning area. The entire property has upgrades such as berber carpet, granite countertops, flat screen TV and stone tile. The deck is
spacious and has partial views of Baldy bowls to the west.
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the house is framed by a grassy yard and large deck. There is an attached two-car garage (standard and compact vehicles only) and wireless internet. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and to do grocery shopping when you get here. Please bring a hair dryer as most of our condo's/homes do not have them. Pets allowed with
Homeowner approval.
Master bedroom has a large walk in closet, New Flat Screen TV with good AM light, vaulted ceiling and bath en-suite. Second bedroom has queen bed. Access to hallway bath. Third
bedroom has two twin beds and no dresser, but storage drawers under beds. Loft has a double futon and a writing desk.
All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.
