Resort Features: ResortQuest Sun Valley vacation rentals is proud to present the River Ridge Townhomes. These luxury townhomes were built in 1999 and are Sun Valley's most requested location. They are on the bike path about two or three blocks from the lifts and about six blocks from the center of Ketchum. You can walk or skate the bike path to the River Run day lodge or to a nearby "secret" trail that allows you to ski down to the lifts from about a half block away. You enjoy an enchanting Sun Valley ski vacation when you choose River Ridge. The area offers a free shuttle that stops about two blocks away, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, down town Ketchum or the Sun Valley and Elkhorn resorts. Sun Valley added a new Gondola on the River Run side of the Mt. which opened Nov. 2009 for winter and summer use.

Lodging Features: This platinum rated unit is a free standing unit at the end of a cul-de-sac. It features superior finishes. Windows all the way around give great Baldy views and fantastic light. This is one of the few true three-bedroom properties in the walk -to- lifts part of River Run. At about 2,600 square ft, it has a bathroom for every bedroom, a double garage and a private hot tub. The owners have equipped this property to work well for two small families. Each set of parents can have a king size bed and en-suite bath. Single beds are enough for two children, and there are two additional sofa sleepers. The three level layout has the great room on the top floor designed to provide the best views of the mountain. The living room has a 36" TV/VCR/DVD, satellite system, CD ,cassette and surround sound. The kitchen is fully equiped and it's open design was built for entertaining. The adjacent dining room has seating for eight and a breakfast bar provides three additional seats. There is also a dumbwaiter which is accessible on every level of the home. The master bedroom is on the second floor and has a king size bed, 24" TV, walk in closet and jetted tub. The second bedroom on this level has king bed, 24"TV/VCR and access to the deck and private hot tub. The third bedroom is on the gorund level and has a 24" TV and access to a 3/4 bath in the hall. The owner has added air conditioning, wireless internet access and a new grill on the deck. Townhome also has single car garage.There are lockers at the base of the mountain to store your skis and boots so you can hop on the free shuttle bus or take a stroll over to the River Run side of Baldy. The bike path runs north for 10 miles and south for 16 miles along the Big Wood River with great scenery to enjoy as you ride or walk. It is groomed in the winter for Nordic Skiing and is also available to ski on to get to the lifts. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and your grocery list. Please bring a hair dryer as most of our condos do not have them. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.
