Resort Features: ResortQuest Sun Valley vacation rentals is proud to present the Prospector Condominiums. These condominiums provide a great location for both winter and summer activities. Located on Warm Springs Creek just off Skiway Drive, the Prospector complex is within walking distance to Warm Springs amenities including restaurants, the lifts and the Warm Springs Day Lodge. The Prospectors offer three on-site hot tubs and in the summer there are outdoor swimming and wading pools plus private tennis facilities. There is a free shuttle that picks up about a block away from the condo which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, down town Ketchum and to the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts. Sun Valley added a new Gondola on the River Run side of Bald Mountain which opened November 2009 for winter and summer use.

Lodging Features: This is one of the largest Prospectors available. It is located next to one of the complex hot tubs and is just a short walk across the river to the tennis and swimming facility during the summer. The large great room windows and high ceilings create a bright, airy feeling. Entering on the ground level, guests will find a large sunken living room with vaulted ceiling, good afternoon light and comfortable plush couches along with a gas fireplace and a 30"TV/VCR. The dining area features a rectangular mission style hardwood table for six. A round breakfast/card table for four is situated near the windows with Bald Mountain views. The bright kitchenc which is larger than most Prospector kitchens, offers plenty of tiled counter space and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom which is also located on this main floor level has a king bed. The two upstairs bedrooms have twin beds that can be converted to king beds and each has a full bathroom en-suite. The master has an extra vanity. All have ample closet space and views. One of the two upstairs bedrooms is open on one side to the living room below. Condo is approximately 1900 sqaure feet and there is free outdoor parking right out in front of the unit. There is no washer/dryer in the condo but there is coin-op laundry in the complex close to the condo. There is free outdoor parking right out in front of the unit. There are lockers at the base of Warm Springs for ski and boot storage so you don't have to carry them each time you go to ski. For summer time fun there is a bike path along Warm Springs Road that will take you into town or to the area wide bike path that runs north for five miles and south for twenty miles. The path runs beside the Big Wood River in many areas for enjoyment of the beauty of the area. All you need to bring for your vacation with us is a change of clothes and your grocery list. Please bring a hair dryer as most of our condos do not have them. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.
