Resort Features: ResortQuest Sun Valley vacation rentals is proud to present the Lane Ranch Willow Home. The Willow Home is located in the very private, secluded and upscale Lane Ranch Community. Situated in the middle of the Lane Ranch subdivision, the setting is in sun virtually all day. Lane Ranch is a traffic-restricted community, and this home is about three-fourths of a mile from the River Run ski lifts and Ketchum. It is about three or four blocks to the Ketchum Mt Rides bus stop where you can pick up a bus to the lifts. Distance to central Ketchum is about a mile. The bike path goes by the entrance to Lane Ranch, about four blocks away, and that is approximately where the clubhouse, with hot tub and summer swimming pool, are located.The area offers a free shuttle that picks up just 4 blocks away which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, down town Ketchum, Sun Valley resort and Elkhorn resort.

Lodging Features: The Willow four bedroom/Den and-four bath mountain lodge style home features radiant heat throughout the entire house. The home provides a spacious kitchen with island and dining area, a grand rock fireplace in the comfortable living room, washer/dryer, 24"TV/DVD/CD, cable/wireless internet, a patio with BBQ, and a one car garage. There is also a Den/loft that has a new 32' flat screen TV, two-twin beds and a daybed and couch and chairs.. Other amenities include access to the Lane Ranch Clubhouse which has pool, hot tub, tennis and community BBQ. Bedding includes a king bed in the master bedroom with 32 inch flat screen TV, a two twin bunk beds in the second and third bedrooms, a queen bed in the fourth bedroom and a twin sofa sleeper. This spacious and beautifully appointed home offers families and friends a home away from home with a wonderful chance to enjoy the magnificent mountain area. Other winter activities to consider pursuing during your stay might include skating, snowboarding, snowshoeing, dog-sled tours and sleigh rides. Summer visitors will find the Sun Valley area just as attractive to hike or bike the paved trails and off-road paths in the Wood River Valley. Other summer pursuits include horseback riding, rock climbing, fly fishing, kayaking, golfing, paragliding and whitewater rafting. If you love the outdoors, the Sun Valley area will be a paradise to explore. There is easy access to the bike path that runs north for 10 miles and south for 16 miles along the Big Wood River with great scenery to take in as you ride or walk. It is groomed in the winter for Nordic Skiing and is also available to ski on to get to the lifts. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and to go grocery shopping when you get here. Please bring a hair dryer as most of our condos do not have them. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.
