There are four garden entry three level homes in the complex with one car garage and onsite parking. (Garage available winter only) These townhomes are located just off Howard Drive in the heart of Warm Springs just 1 block from the ski lifts. The lifts operate summer and winter. There are shops and dining within a 1 block radius. The free area-wide shuttle stops at Apples Bar & Grill and Creekside Estates-both stops are about half a block away. The shuttle runs until midnight and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, down town Ketchum . Sun Valley added a new Gondola on the River Run side of Bald Mt in Nov 2009 for winter and summer use.
