With more than 200 condominiums and vacation homes in Sun Valley
, ResortQuest offers the largest vacation rental selection in the
area. There are five distinct areas in which ResortQuest Sun Valley
properties are located: Elkhorn, River
Run / Ketchum, Sun
Valley Village, Warm
Springs and Mid-Valley. Each area offers vacationers amenities and activities
to fit travel budgets and custom vacation plans.
Elkhorn
 Elkhorn is a separate development located in the hills above Sun
Valley. In the summer months, a Robert Trent Jones golf course is
the focal point of the resort. Swimming pools, hot tubs, and tennis
are available at both the Elkhorn Village and Harker Center. In
both winter and summer the views are expansive and lovely. Elkhorn
is located approximately two miles from downtown Ketchum and the
River Run area and approximately three miles from the River Run Lifts.
Due to the distance from the lifts, this is the area where you can
get the best deals in the winter months. Choose from over 55 vacation
homes and condos available in the Elkhorn area.
River Run/Ketchum
 River Run is the most central location in both summer and winter.
When you stay in River Run/Ketchum you can walk to lifts, town, bike
path & the Big Wood River. Ketchum, the center of greater Sun
Valley, has a permanent population of 3,000. Although renowned for
its restaurants, shops, art galleries and Main Street nightlife,
it is not a shopping arcade. Outdoor-oriented and openhearted, Ketchum
residents take pleasure in sharing their home with visitors. In this
convenient and central area of town, ResortQuest offers 85 private
homes, condos, and townhomes.
Sun Valley Village
 Sun Valley is where the original resort was built in 1936. Since
then, a Robert Trent Jones golf course, Nordic center, ice rink,
and other facilities have been added. It is approximately one mile
from downtown Ketchum and two miles from the River Run lifts. Sun
Valley Village has several restaurants, a movie theater, a deli/general
store and other shopping. Most condos ResortQuest offers in this
area are in high demand during the summer but are less expensive
in the winter due to their distance from the lifts. Units in Sun
Valley Village tend to be older mid-class condos, with some deluxe
private homes for families and executive groups.
Warm Springs
 Warm Springs is the original skiers' village at the base of Baldy's
north facing slopes. Two high-speed quad lifts rise from the village
- less than 14 minutes to the top! After a day on the slopes, several
restaurants provide a very inviting après-ski scene. The close
proximity to the lifts and to Warm Springs Lodge has traditionally
made this location costlier than others, but guests should look here
for deals in the summer months.
Mid-Valley
 The Mid-Valley area offers a group of unique single family home communities situated between Ketchum and Hailey along Highway 75 and the Bigwood River. The Wood River Trail System winds through the Mid-Valley, and access into both the Smoky and Pioneer Mountain Ranges is made possible from several points.
