Sun Valley Resort Winter Lift Tickets & Passes

Winter Lift Ticket & Passes for Sun Valley 2008 / 2009

Baldy is considered by serious skiers as the country's single best ski mountain, with 13 lifts and 64 runs. Seven high-speed quads, four triples and two doubles send skiers up 3,400 vertical feet to a summit altitude of 9,150 feet. Recognized for its absence of lift lines, as well as its incredibly light and fast snow, Bald Mountain has terrain for everyone. From glades to bowls, bumps to groomers, tree skiing to easy rollers... this mountain has it all!

Family-Friendly Skiing in Sun Valley
Sun Valley's Dollar Mountain, with its open layout and well-groomed runs, is widely known as the "finest teaching mountain in the world." The Sun Valley Ski & Snowboarding School is located on Dollar, with more than 200 experienced instructors on staff. In addition to a family-friendly Terrain Park and Progression Park designed by Snow Park Technologies, Dollar Mountain also features a Tubing Hill and a day lodge with cafeteria-style dining.

Over on Bald Mountain, the Seattle Ridge area proves popular with families for its slow-skiing designation and almost exclusively green-circle runs. The brand-new Roundhouse Gondola—an eight-passenger Doppelmayr that opened in November 2009—provides quick and easy access to Seattle Ridge from the River Run base area. Atop Seattle Ridge, a day lodge serves up mesquite-grilled entrées, pizza and pasta, soups and salads... and an unbeatable view of the Wood River Valley.

*A maximum of one child (15 years old and under) per parent is allowed to ski with the parents who are skiing and staying in a ResortQuest Sun Valley Lodging rental. Limit two free children per hotel room or condominium unit.
