Sun Valley is where the original resort was built in 1936. Since then, a Robert Trent Jones golf course, Nordic Center, Ice Rink, and other facilities have been added. It is approximately one mile from downtown Ketchum and two miles from the River Run lifts. Sun Valley Village has several restaurants, a movie theater, a deli, general store and other shopping. Each of our properties puts you near the Sun Valley Village and thanks to its centric arrangement it places shopping, entertainment, and dining just a short stroll from your door. Units in Sun Valley Village tend to be older mid-class condos, with some deluxe private homes for families and executive groups.

 104 Saddle Road Home
This darling home is an easy walk to the Sun Valley Lodge and located 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The house is also within 1.5 miles of all three ski lodges - Warm Springs Lodge and River Run Lodge and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local free shuttle bus passes the driveway on a daily schedule. Special access to the Sun Valley Lodge pools, hot tubs, locker rooms and fitness center is provided with the house rental as well.

This is a spacious home provides outstanding mountain views and plenty of living space for your vacation. You have an amazing patio with fire pit, water feature and barbeque grill for the summer months. Two large sunny living rooms for entertaining.

Atelier Condominiums
The Atelier condominiums are located on Old Dollar Road just across from the Sun Valley Lake. Atelier Studios accommodate two to four people, depending on the specific unit and are mid-class condos located within walking distance of the Sun Valley Village.
Cottonwood Condominiums
The Cottonwood Condominiums are located on Dollar Road just across from Sun Valley Village, which is about 2 city blocks away. The location is known for its privacy and tranquility, featuring a blend of comfort, warmth and scenery. The complex features excellent landscaping, including ponds and streams on the grounds.
Dollar Meadows Condominiums
The Dollar Meadows Condominiums are located just south of the Sun Valley Village across Trail Creek. Sun Valley amenities are an easy walk or bike ride away on the non-motorized paved bike trails. Dollar Mountain is across and up the street.
 Snowcreek Condominiums
The Snowcreek Condominiums are located next to Dollar Mountain, making it a perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about five minute drives to the main Bald Mountain lift and downtown Ketchum. Guest staying in the complex can access the Mountain Rides shuttle which stops at Dollar Mountain Lodge and serves all areas of the resort.
 Villager Condominiums
The Villager Condominiums are located between Sun Valley Village and Dollar Mountain above Trail Creek. This complex is very centrally located. Bald Mountain lifts are about 1.5 miles away, Dollar and Sun Valley Village are about 1/4 mile.
Wildflower Condominium
The Wildflower Condominiums are located next to Sun Valley Village, where guests can access the hot tub, swimming pool, and sauna, and Dollar Mountain above Trail Creek. Sun Valley Resort is an easy walk and the ski bus to the lifts very accessible in the parking lot.
