Sun Valley Food and Wine Festival

The Sun Valley Food & Wine Festival, will be held on June 6th-8th, 2008 at our famed mountain resort area of Sun Valley. The Sun Valley Food and Wine Festival has also partnered with the Jean-Louis Palladin Foundation to bring three renowned chefs to the second annual event, in addition to Food Network and Iron Chef Cat Cora, and John Tesar, Executive Chef at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas. Jimmy Sneed, Larbi Darouch, and Anne Callahan will all be making their first appearances in Sun Valley, demonstrating the preparation of dishes that have put in them in an elite group of chefs

• Local Chef Demonstrations showcasing note-worthy chefs, including several James Beard Award winners.

• Wine Seminar presented by James Beard Award wining writer.

• Vintner Dinners with a variety of cuisine and vintner pairings

• Sun Valley/Ketchum Grand Tasting offering a diverse sampling of restaurant and caterer favorites including champagnes, wines, vodka and a Bartender's Cup from our region.
