When you arrive in Sun Valley be sure to stop by ResortQuest Sun Valley's offices to pick up your arrival package with keys and information about your lodging. We are also able to answer all of your questions about activities and events in the area. The following is a list of Frequently Asked Questions.
Book early. The sooner you make your reservation, the better chances are of getting a unit that matches your preferences.
All of our units are privately owned and each unit is appointed differently and have different amenities / bedding.
Making reservation online takes less time if you are familiar with our locations. We do recommend calling directly if you have special request or your looking for specific amenities.
To cancel reservation you must contact our office and speak with a reservationist.
Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival dates incur a Cancellation Fee of 18% this includes the Reservation Fee. Cancellation received within 30 days are refundable only if the property is re-rented. If RQ-SV is able to re-rent the property, we will refund the amount of the re-rental minus the fees described above. To avoid cancellation fee's learn about CSA Rental Insurance.
The purpose of Vacation Rental Insurance is to provide protection for travelers against the unique risks associated with travel.
Many of these risks, such as trip cancellation and interruption, are not generally covered by any other insurance available to travelers.

We are open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 5:30 PM during peak season. During off season our hours are 8 AM to 5:30 PM Monday - Saturday.
If you arrive outside of these hours, there is a late arrival security box where you can pick up your information.

Check in time is at 4PM and Check-out time is at 10AM. Early check in can be requested, must provide a 24 hour notice. Providing there is availability, we may extend check out time for an additional fee. If you arrive after hours, there is a security box where you can pick up your information.
If you arrive outside of our normal business hours, there is a late security box where you can pick up your information. The security box is located in the rear corner of the office on the Second Avenue side, the box is on a stand with a red light on top. Once inside the security box, you will find an envelope with your name, keys and driving directions to your lodging facility. To receive instructions and combination to lock box, it is important to contact us by calling 800.371.9180 or by email at sunvalleyinfo@resortquest.com.
