Rest easy knowing someone is taking care of your Sun Valley home. ResortQuest has been operating in the Wood River Valley for over 18 years. Known for our friendly and personalized services we give our vacation rental owners the peace of mind that our experienced staff is taking the best-possible care of their homes. ResortQuest offers a property management services for homeowners who want to spend their time here enjoying the outdoors and relaxing instead of worrying about all those details of maintaining a home here in the Valley. We limit the number of management only contracts to ensure quality of service and attention to detail.

Monthly rates vary depending on the property and needs of each owner. Basic coverage includes the following: a weekly or bi-weekly walk-through property, security check, 24-hour emergency on call contact and coordination of utility and property billing items. Cleaning, owner, owner guest check-in and concierge requests will be handled at a discounted rate. Office is open 6-7 days a week for you and your guests convience from 8AM - 5:30PM.

ResortQuest: Houskeeping and Maintenance staff are ResortQuest employees so they are insured and adhere to enforced brand standards. All our sub-contractors are insured and have insurance certificates on file at our office. Keys are signed in and out to insure safe keeping.

ResortQuest can also coordinate the following services for our management only clients:

• Housekeeping ,Daily Cleans to Deep Cleans at Discounted Rates
  

• On site Laundry, with ability to purchase high quality linen at Discounted Rates
  

• Landscaping Maintenance and Special Project Checks
  

• Airport Vehicle Delivery
  

• General Preventative Maintenance Checks and Maintenance Services at Discounted Rates
  

• Spa/Pool Checks
  

• Or any Special Property Maintenance Requests you may have.
